First, the art opening. 78th Street Studios are an amazing venue! Laurel Hecht's painting is so charming. "Sari's Tree" was selected for Cleveland Creates, a juried show featuring local artists. Of course, the fabulous jacket from Joss Boutique that I suggested for her looks amazing! Laurel is not afraid to express herself. Bravo! Note: Standing next to her, a man with a HEART-on (the painting, not me)! Lol!
And so, on to Cleveland Public Theater for the performance of "Lives of a Poet", a one man show written and performed by Ray Mcniece. OMG! What a brilliant evening! A little more than an hour of intense, beautiful memories brought to life in a sometimes raucous manner, with tender, sweet moments, and all-in-all an evocative tale of one man's life. FINALE, dinner at Spice... and everything nice!
